9/6/20: Betsy the Cicada, Part 8: More Legs

Here Betsy the Cicada continues her gladiator riding a bio-mechanical battle chariot look, with another pair of her adult legs emerging from the nymphal shell (the first two shots here are upside-down). All together, these shots range from 18 to 22 minutes elapsed since the start of ecdysis (molting).

Soon will come baby dragon phase (perhaps my favorite?), and the unfurling of Betsy’s wings!
