Thanks to Paul Shapiro and his team for a fascinating tour of his The Better Meat Co.’s Sacramento facility, where they create “delicious plant protein & mycoprotein formulas for food companies to make better meat.” They’re doing amazing science and work.
These are twin rig shots and accompanying stereoanimations (made with StereoPhoto Maker/DMAG.) I recently worked out how to optimize the convergence point on anaglyph animations—as I do with my still anaglyphs—so these should look cleaner and have less ghosting than my previous efforts.
The bonus stereos here are colorized depth maps—some in combination with occlusion maps.
